Recipe // Easy Summer Fruit Tart

 
 This simple, yet delicious recipe will become your go to for your next date night or garden party! Just 5 ingredients, and the perfect way to enjoy your favorite in-season fruit. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an added layer of sweetness.

Ingredients
Fresh Fruit
Store Bought Puff Pastry (thawed)
Butter
Sugar
Ground Cinnamon
Ice Cream or Whipped Cream
 
Step 1. Roll and fold puff pastry out into a large 9” x 12” rectangle. Move to a sheet lined with parchment paper and fold a ½ inch border on all sides.
Step 2. Lay a layer of fruit out on top of puff pastry, within the border.
Step 3. Top with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Brush the fruit with melted butter and sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 4. Bake at 400* until tart edges are golden, about 25-30 minutes.
Step 5. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
