Introducing Pallarès Knives from Spain

We love handcrafted, heritage products with a story, and we’re excited to be carrying a new line in our shop -- beautiful Pallarès Knives. This 3rd generation knife manufacturer was founded in 1917 in Solsona, Spain, where the knife industry dates back to the sixteenth century. 

All of their knives are sharpened by hand, and made of the highest quality materials: beautiful Boxwood handles, and either carbon or stainless steel blades. We love the Small Rounded Knife (also in slightly larger sizes) as an all-purpose kitchen tool, or for cheese on our Two Trees Studios wooden cutting board.

These lovely knives can be found in our shop and online. And they’re even more beautiful in person!
